"I have had this agent for quite a few years however I am now switching agents due to lack of response from Ryan's office. I have been emailing for months with no response, then they tried to call me during work hours and I have let them know I cannot take calls during those hours so please email me, then it went silent again for more months. I would encourage anyone to go with a different agent if you want bare minimum communication. This is the worst instance experience I have ever had."

"So i was with progressive, and I switched over to state farms. Because progressive charged me almost 400$ plus for 2 cars Ryan Sussman got me down 200$ then it's amazing because he helps you out with what you need in.I tried to give you the best discounts!"

"Funny story.. Austin reached out to me thinking he was reaching out to an existing customer (wrong number!), so I told him I wasn't who he was trying to get ahold of and that I already had coverage. He was very polite, apologized, and offered to give me a quote since we were already talking, and I figured, why not? Long story short, I'm now a State Farm customer, with better coverage, lower deductibles, plus I added renter's insurance and a few other things I didn't even have with my prior coverage. Thank you, Austin! Your customer service was impeccable!"
